She Hunts Skills Camp is empowering women to save lives with the award-winning Mobilize Rescue System. Founded by Brittany Boddington and Shannon Lansdowne, She Hunts Skills Camp helps women develop skills and build confidence in hunting so they may enjoy the outdoors and raise the next generation of hunters with solid building blocks.
"Hunting and shooting are very safe sports when done right, but it never hurts to be prepared,” said Boddington. "That’s why we keep Mobilize Rescue System with us at all our She Hunts events.”
The Mobilize Rescue System was designed to provide ‘just-in-time’ training to help a bystander manage severe bleeding, cardiac arrest, seizures, and other critical medical emergencies. Boddington knows that accidents do happen from time to time, and something as simple as a fall could result in a serious injury when you’re in a remote area. By following the diagnostic prompts in the Mobilize Rescue App, a lay-rescuer at She Hunts Skills Camp will be able to assess, manage, and monitor an emergency until help arrives.
"It is great knowing we are prepared to treat anything from a scrape to a puncture wound with the Mobilize Rescue System,” said Boddington. "I keep my CPR and first aid certifications up to date, but if something happened to me, it is comforting to know that the ladies at the camp could follow the step by step instructions to get me fixed up.”
"We prefer to be overly prepared,” said Boddington. "The Mobilize Rescue kits give us everything we need, as well as the instruction on how to use the items in the kit.”
